Farm across the road keeps sending me their topsoil.  New buyers planted grass waterways this spring - which washed out with 2.3" in an hour this morning. 


Yeah, that's the one nice thing about being in the lowlands during floods. You sure do get a lot of nice topsoil and fertilizer from your uphill/upstream neighbors. Although, in the short term, it really tends to suck during these "application" years :)
