Pleasant garden nc | I have an older 310 baler as well. I baled about 4000 bales of straw last year with poly twine. It did fine. Get it lined up the bale some hay and still have the poly in there. It would tie the knot and be lay on the ground fine. Go to pick it up and the knot would pull apart. Same side every time. Switched to thisal and it did fine. Wish I had noticed it b4 I had baled about 300. 200 more of thisal and not one loose knot. 2 shear bolts later I baled about 75 bad ones from the Polly. | |
