western iowa,by Denison | 8 ft walls-12 inchs thick-the little cost to go from a 8 inch wall to 12 inch is so cheap,easier to build on top etc
1 yard of crete does 3 ft of wall(8x1) on a 100 ft of wall took about 30 yards of concrete-guess I could have saved about $1000 on the walls-or spent $3000 instead of $2000-have 1 commodity shed with 6 inch walls-4ft tall-have to be careful with that shed on clean out as the walls are not holding up to abuse,your only going to build a commodity shed once-it will probably be there longer then 50 years-the shed could blow away-but the concrete will be there to rebuild on-if you have one you will use it everyday! | |
