So as I read it he broke the rules.

What do you propose that for him the rules do not apply?

He is old enough to have a gun a vehicle that he is in control of so he is supposed to be old enough to be responsible.

When you break rules and are caught you have to take the punishment.

If I forgot to secure a load on a truck I was responsible for then I could be in trouble too.
Should I be allowed to get away with breaking the rules?


I guess you never made an honest mistake in your life and someone cut you a break because it was the best thing to do in a situation? Oh wait, I forgot that you don't make mistakes.
