So many times on here I read an acronym and have to look it up.  For example OP or LEO.  Never heard of those anywhere else.

As to IB it's pretty standard for irritable bowel.

As long as I'm posting I might as well tell this story about my dad.  His last months were spent having trouble breathing and calling me to take him to the ER (emergency room).  On one ocassion I looked at his chart and noticed that it has S.O.B. on it.  Knowing my dad I showed it to him and told him that they knew him.  He got a laugh out of that.  (SOB is short on breath)
