For Christmas my son sent me some probiotics that he takes.  He's pretty health conscious.  He said these are better than WalMart stuff.  I have IB and it seems they have made a difference.  Recently I had a cold and the doctor felt I probably had a sinus infection so he prescribed antibiotics.  Normally antibiotics end up disturbing my intestinal track pretty bad.  This time taking them along with the probiotics they didn't.
