an Easy natural feed environment.
just no way around that fact.
biggest cost is always feed with cows.

keep in mind there are plenty of cornstalks produced.
same or higher net energy as decent hay, just less protien.

whole shrinkage should work to reduce supposed value of co products ( just waste products too ).

there's 10 to 15% less feeder cattle available than ever before, in the usa last half of 2013 forward.
less yearlings from past cow herd shrinkage and a lot less calves too.

Less is always less regarding feed needed or used.

Times changing, should be interesting.
