southern MN | I ran a 4 row like that with a NH 1720, same hp. Had to drive a tad slower than I was used to. Best stand of corn I ever had.
The Oliver S77 pulled it better, but could not lift it.
The Ford 960 woulda been a perfect match, but the well worn hyd vane pump didnt lift it - shoulda if it were up to new specs.
I wasn't going to try the H with the loader on it with the very worn out hyd...
The Ford 7700 was otherwise occupied, thinking maybe laid up that spring?
I could not put the TW 20 on a 4 row planter and show my face in the neighborhood - besides I had tillage on the TW 20.
The extensions on the fert and seed bins makes it even harder to lift. | |
