Haha, it does turn to mush, it's from the country of porridge, not corn flakes... ;)
Put a bit of honey on each side, it stays crispy where the honey is, it's a mystery!
I eat it right after pouring the cold milk or orange juice, when it's still crispy. It doesn't wait.

It's kind of the only decent wheat breakfast cereal. It's nice for a change from time to time.
I don't have a box to check, but you're right, the ones I bought must have come from Canada.
They probably wanted to stay regional and use European wheat.
