southern Manitoba | We were going to put an embossed concrete on the walk to our front door of our new house but after talking to friends who just had it done we decided not to. It is extremely slippery with snow on it. We have floor heat in part of our house and have carpet over it. It works fine although it is wood above a crawl space. We were told that we should use special underlayment and also reflective foil insulation under the heat pipes. We did that and we like how it works. | |
