Has anyone out there heard of reprogramming Case IH Magnum tractors with a 19 speed trany to go 30 mph when stock speed was limited? All that needs to be done is the speed limiter must be removed. I have a 290 with 19 speed, front suspension also cab suspension. would roll nicely I'm sure... Any connection would be greatly appreciated.
