N Illinois (I39 & US 30) | Continuous Positive Airway P-something CPAP. It's a little air pump that sends air thru a tube to a mask on your face. Does several things...you must keep your mouth closed, so snoring is lessened....helps prevent sleep apnea. You can add humidity with it. It takes some getting used to, but really like it. Normally prescribed by an MD but I think there are ways around that, as far as getting a unit. | |
