Embarrass WI | Over weight can be a factor, but not the only one. Percy Harvin(NFL receiver) has sleep apnea. I have been told it has something to do with the muscles in your airway, and how much they relax when you sleep.
I have one as well, I don't have trouble falling asleep driving since I got one.
I have a carpenter friend who is a long way from overweight that uses one also, and started years before me. | |
