I'd hold in there .I had a problem like that on some JD tracks once . call there bluff , they don't want a unsatisfied customer
Tell JD to put there money where they're mouth is. Don't mention a lawyer or they cry fowl and won't talk. Be firm and don't settle until the territory manger talks to you. Remeber, they don't want any bad PR on this. I learned a lot on this with my tracks!
