I would first go with whatever you can source locally. And that may be interesting. Some top varieties grown N of you are Faller, Briggs, and some others.
You can find some data at your MN Extension 3 yr. yield data.
I would go with 1.8 bus. seed or 108 # per acre. This would fit in bulk bags.
