Centralia, MO | Just discussing this with a seed customer yesterday, he was wanting to get to where he had one "unit", 140,000 seeds per acre. I have several customers doing this with great results. A bean will do a lot of compensating if it has time, and that's another factor. The later it gets in the season the thicker you need to plant. We've done a lot of double crop after wheat and you can't get those plants to thick, it's just a matter of what the pocketbook can stand. | |
