Orange County NY | I have one with a single spinner on it. To put it as nice as I can IT SUCKS. No matter how I adjust the cups it spreads in a 360. That means up, down, front, back and all over me and the tractor. When I spread N or any other fert. I wear goggles and a hooded sweatshirt. Do you know how it feels to have a pellet of N go down your shirt? Down...down until it sets your @%*$% on fire.
Rent a spreader trailer from your crop center. If that works for you.
