2320 will ride smoother, unless you look at a suspended mower like a Ferris. You can move grass like no tomorrow with it. I have a 2305, going to look at the new 2R mower coming soon. Remember, 2320 = tractor = farm equipment = no sales tax, regular mowers my be commercial but you still pay the tax.
