...I don't know if the Deere zero turn had suspension....but there are zero turns that do...and they'll cost you a lot less than a Deere for every bit of as much reliability. But with hills in the equation, I wouldn't use the zero turn. They just don't mow well on cross slopes. The compact tractor will have quite a bit more usefullness than the zero turn too.....
