MN DOT has one but Outback Customer Service told me they could not receive them. MN DOT is using Trimble equipment. It is also free for the asking. The closest tower is around 10 miles.
Have you run an ROI on switching your operation over to Trimble? The feasibility of the DOT networks in agriculture is debatable but depending on your situation, it may be worth looking into.
