Sanilac Co. Michigan | Could try a forage crop. Seems like most cash grains have a problem with high deer densities. With wheat, picking up deer pellets is a huge problem with the millers. Have grown oats in this situation and the deer damage isn't too bad, feed barley might not be bad either. I've been told, but can't confirm that deer don't bother dry beans like they do soys, maybe someone else could comment on that. | |
