Wheat. Deer love sunflowers just as they are budding (tried that for the same reason you have...learned the hard way) Milo might work, also, as crazy as it sounds if you plant corn plant a hybrid with a very tall ear height, seems like if you get the ear up high enough the deer don't mess with it as bad. Most profitable option is probably CRP, though.
