Spring Grove MN | I am considering cover crops. I am on board for seeding in mid August or right after harvest (Sep 18th) on my bean ground. I am looking for real world experience for the corn crop. I am all non-GMO. We have about 3/4-1 lb of atrazine out there applied on 2nd pass spraying. For those of you with a similar chemical program (non Roundup), what have you seen? Would I be wasting my money trying to fly on seed in mid August or is there a fair chance for a good stand establishment? I realize mother nature affects this. I am located in SE MN and am looking at a rye, radish and clover blend. Again, loooking for guys that have tried this, I can get all the opions I want in town. Thanks
