southern MN | They don't want you to fail. It's changed some over time, but now you can attend a course put on by the Extension located in many towns, and you don't have to take a test, just attend the session. However I think the 1st time is different, you still need the test. If you don't attend a session, then you can do the test.
They want you to think about it, not get a score on a test......
Generally the sessions are pretty interesting, tho the one I took 2 years ago was dry and dull, far below the previous ones.
