Subject: Re: pioneer compliance checks?

Central Missouri
Enforcing intellectual property patent rights is one thing. Having to allow them onto my property so I can prove myself innocent with-out cause is another. Is this what Monsanto does? Do they do random on farm checks make you produce maps and take samples? Would you allow the highway patrol into your garage to hook a computer to your car so they can see if you have exceeded the speedlimit or to see if you have your seatbelt on all of the time and then give you tickets for your violations and make you pay the cost of your driving compliance review? How would you like it if the epa came onto your farm w/o cause and checked to see if you had waste oil spills, chips on your tier 2 and 3 engines, proper muffler and catalytic converters, had been burning trash etc? These are just my opinions and I'm probably in the minority but so be it.
