Actually the pulley is 1 .25" with keyway & 1/2" bore. Miss measured last night. I'm trying to replace an existing pulley. It's a wheel drive pulley off a rear tone rototiller & part of one side of the sheave is broken off. I put a 1.5" on as a replacement but the wheels want to pull the tiller too fast. The 1.5" doesn't have a keyway & after awhile it will start slipping on the shaft. :~((. If I can find a 1.25" that didn't have a keyway I could drill a small indention into the shaft for the setscrew to sit in.

TLC, I will give Berry Bearing a try Monday, they have a store in Danville, IL which is only about 6 miles from me. Also will check out smallparts.com.

Thanks guys.
