The sales guy told me that one of the main grounds for the suit was that the operation and safety manual had not been signed stating the customer fully understood the operation and potential dangers of the wagon. Therefor, they supposedly were able to take it clear back to the manufacturer. Probably a tall tale, just wondered if anyone else could confirm or deny the story. I know dumb things happen, but it took alot of effort to get into our 1425 if going in from the top. Can't really see falling in even if it was a heart attack or something. | |
