You misunderstood.
I build and sell bins on the side. $3000 is what I charged to put up the last 24 footer we did, last fall. That was for erection of the structure and installing the augers and floor. If he's being charged $7000 for that, somebody made a mistake, unless the number includes labor, bar, and concrete as well. I don't quote bins here, you have to call me for that!
