| I've been in two wrecks that were 100% the other drivers fault. In both cases I contacted my agent to get it established what happened. They (different companies and agents each time) said to contact the other company and let them get started. If there was ANY issue that wasn't handled to my satisfaction, then my insurance would step in. The other companies both handled it very well, I wasn't out anything, and officially, my inurance company never knew there was an accident. | |
