Other driver admitted fault, police report showed other driver 100% at fault, got a check fom my insurance for damage minus deductible. I called them asked what the he!! They said A. You should have reported this to the other insurance company, B we will now try to recover your deductible minus fees associated in recovering it! Never got a dime of my eddy able back the other insurance company ruled both parties 50% liable. Bunch of crap especially since she was a parked freaking vehicle!! Hope it works out for you better, glad your wife and kids are ok. |
