| Yes, we can resell it. One would actually get a deed for it. The 750,000 bushel would be owned by those who bought in. Have a separate board of directors. But would be maintained and operated by the elevator/coop. Also could sublet the space out to neighbor,landlord, or son etc.
In the past some have bought space for say 1.50 bu and now have sold it for 1.75 bu. and had no annual storage costs for a few years. Pretty good deal in that sense.
