brosswurm,

Are you locked in forever or can you "sell" your "condo" in the future? Agree about how long will you be farming, however if one rents a large % of acerage, is it wise to build space for all of this production? I mean, who is to say you loose ground down the road and then you are way over capacity. Or, if on your operation you grow more soybeans, or find a seed corn contract or ??? and do not need all of the space in a certain year. If so , can you "sublet" your storage? If you do not need your space can the LLC then fill your space with other bushels and pay you a %? Also, are there several different markets you can sell too?

There are positives and negatives just depends upon your situation.
