| I am a student in occupational therapy (OT) working on developing programming for farmers who have health concerns which can include anything from arthritis to stroke. I am currently looking for feedback from ag workers as I try to gauge how likely farmers would be to participate in online discussions, skype meetings, etc. with other farmers about various topics such as stress management, proper body mechanics while working, and injury prevention. I think healthcare professionals can do a lot more to serve those in rural communities and would love any input that can be given about farmers' healthcare needs and any services they feel they would benefit from.
