NW Washington | If you are interested in airplanes or aviation history you definitely should spend the better part of a day at the Museum of Flight south of Seattle by Boeing Field. A city bus will take you out and back for a small fare.

Ride the ferry over to Bremerton or Bainbridge Island and back for some sightseeing. There is a big Naval Shipyard in Bremerton that can dry dock an aircraft carrier which is a sight to see.
It you are into craft beers, Seattle has at least a half dozen of them and bus tours of the breweries are available.
Kenworth truck is originally from Seattle and they still have a factory in the Seattle area, maybe in Renton. They may have tours.
