| Not sure how this is managing..your merely meeting a requirement to receive a service...no less than having normal blood pressure to receive a health card for your CDL..no less than being tall enough to ride a ride at a amusement park..no less than being a certain age before getting a drivers license..no less than having to have passing grades to get a diploma...etc etc etc...this is simply a step in ridding the system of some waste and fraud | |
