The difference between drug testing and lack of government involvement in our lives is simple. These people are asking for a handout. They are voluntarily putting themselves in a position to be tested. Don't want to be drug tested, dont ask for welfare, a drivers license, a usda check etc. The rest of us who are paying the bills want to know that it isnt going to support a drug habit.
Waiting on the ACLU...........
