dad had 3/4 of his esophagus and a 1/4 of his stomache removed. and hernia to. cancer related he is still farming. he is skinny now and at times gets tired easier. i to have a hiatal hernia. i was tested a few years ago. i was knocked out and they put a scope down my throat to see what size it was. my question for you is how were you tested? the doctor i went to knows about this kind of stuff. i was told that if i changed my diet and lost some weight it would get to where dad was. but i havent done that. this summer im suppose to go and get checked again.
