Holstein, NE | My main triggers are caffeine and chocolate... meaning my two favorite food groups of Chocolate ice cream and Pepsi had to go :( . If I don't cheat, I seldom get a headache anymore. Zomig is kind of tough on me but if they are severe, that's what I revert to. Otherwise the generic Imitrex does well. If caffeine is your trigger, then Exedrin Migraine is not going to help once you come off the caffeine buzz they stick in those pills. | |
