| Started having them in my teens, so bad I would puke, and then want to be in the dark left alone for several hours. Had them for years, maybe 4 bad ones a year, generally on a weather change, and had some little headache almost every day. Several years ago we got on a kick with Calcium and Magnesium. One day I noticed that I wasn't having Migraines. Took 400G Mg with Chelated zinc(walmart brand) religiously for several years, and have very, very few any more. I have told several other people and it has helped their migraines too. When I was looking, I found there is some relation to Magnesium deficiency and migraines in the medical research, however, the Dr.s will want to give you just Mag. It won't work. It has to be chelated with Zinc to get up take. Try it, it's cheap and it might just help. Probably won't see immediate results, might take a week or two. Buy a bottle and give it a month. Will make you regular, too. | |
