You have one lucky dog. Must have vomited up most of it.
Problem is the newer anticoaglant baits have chemicals that last a lot longer than the original warfarin did. So you must keep supplementing the vitamin K or the dog may deplete and begin to bleed/bruise.
Ask your Vet for a prescription if you want to go that route. There are different forms of Vitamin K. K1, K2 etc..
