forgot garvo when i was 18 worked on the docks south side of chicago the old timers long shoreman said to fold a sheet of newspaper into your boot i must say i do think it helps havent done it though in 25 years those guys also drank a fifth of russian vodka a day to stay warm i dont think that helped though
