I lost another 2 lbs this past week. I've not had much exercise as it is office work season preparing tax information. I have watched my diet very carefully. Nothing but water and around that 1600 calories a day. Watching the sweets has been fairly easy but overeating is harder to deal with. It's hard for me to feel full so I have been drinking a glass of water before meals. I still can't say I really feel better but I guess I do?
