western iowa,by Denison | pretty hard to reverse the trend-perhaps the lftb has more to do with it-(prices)as the animal gets bigger-(fatter) we have more trimmings that are worth less-I know there was some people throwing out there that we didnt need that market while failing to reconize what it did for carcass price.
Then throw in the cow market as there is cows going to the feedlot to add weight also-
