Central Iowa | Well, I think selling a 400 bu load every day made sense back in the "old days" when corn was $2.50 and the weekly move might have been 10 cents. Now, the 2% daily moves make the roller coaster a little more intense. Plus, I don't have the patience to sell every day like that - although, the free coffee and morning chats with the world's problem solvers would certainly be enjoyable.
I'm with you on the $6! You can't go broke if you're selling for a profit. But there's always that itch to swing for the fence every now and then. | |
