As a farmer it's difficult to admit we are taking a 1 day a week break from meat. Of course I forgot at lunch and ate a club sandwich. In effort to shed the pounds we ate lentil soup for supper which was dang good (my wife is a great cook).
I doubt meatless Monday is NAT approved but I assure you that it's temporary. ;)
