| They are not the only thing listed here that is illegal. The corn stalks, hay or straw are illegal as well. Also, the fuel sources mentioned will get a fine as well.
You can burn the stalks, hay and straw until you bale it. Then it is processed and illegal.
Someday common sense will come back in favor. Until then..................the less people know about what you are doing, the better.
