Buffalo IL
20 pairs = 600 gal per day x 180 days of grazing= 108000 gal per year if no water is available there at all. 108000/3000 gal loads= 36 loads. How much time to get a load of water, cost of water and fuel cost divided by 20 pairs and you should come up with an answer. For me it is not worth it. does the pond have any places to have a pond or well dug and if you can put the cost of the hauling water vs a well or pond would the landlord pay the cost in lower rent or comparable rent but they pay for the well/pond. Ruralwater available?
