Hauling water is never fun, but sometimes it's unavoidable. If it will only be summer pasture it won't be to bad, you sure don't want to fight with it during freezing temps. Have the 11,000 gallon full when you move cattle in. If you get behind hauling it can be heck to catch up. I would say go for it. If after a year it doesn't work out, you don't have to do it again.
