Lubbock, Texas | man this is harder than I thought
if the mineral liquid or dry?.....I can't seem to get it all worked out either way
are you sure you are reading it right?
I am not a whiz at this stuff, but I can't even get the units worked out with dry or liquid ounces to even begin to use the feeding numbers
24# X 16oz/# = 384oz of dry matter
1oz = 28.349g
28.394g = 28,349mg
1oz = 28,349mg
384 oz X 28,349 mg/oz = 10,886,016 mg per head per day dry matter fed
from there if I use fluid ounces or dry ounces to convert the supplement it always goes back in a circle
1ppm = 1mg/liter
1ppm also = 1mg/kg
1 dry ounce = 28.349 grams (as above)
1 liquid ounce = 0.0295735 liters
grams (and milligrams) are weight....ounces can be weight or volume.......
