Panhandle of Ne. | God bless you Jeff and all the other "good" teachers out there. We never hear enough about the good teachers, just the less than 1 percent that aren't.
Itchy, I can't answer for Jeff, but my thoughts on arming teachers is this. They would probably hesitate because, they wouldn't want to hurt an innocent with "friendly" fire. I do believe they should have on their hip a cannister of pepper spray, the kind ourdoorsman use that is particularly strong and will spray up to 30 ft. away but is non lethal.
This is a tragedy that will long be remembered and never forgotton simply from the number of such young victims. There is no simple answer and I'm afraid the ones in power will make knee jerk decisions.
God also bless the victims families touched by this horrific incident. | |
